Breakfast selection and quality was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient. Close to the Sloterdijk train station and just one stop from Amsterdam Central Station and close to the airport (about 15-20 minutes). There are limited washers and dryers so plan ahead if you need to do laundry but they were clean and well maintained. Bar area was big and had good pizzas to share while we watched the World Cup matches. Also very close to grocery shopping (Jumbo supermarket) just 200 metres away from the hotel (open till 10pm) with fresh produce and prepared meals. Great to have a full working kitchen in the apartment so that we could prepare a few meals ourselves. Gym area was clean and well maintained. Arcade was fun to have onsite and separate from the bar area.

I want to thank the staff at The Delphi! They went above and beyond to help with railroad failures, ideas of where to go, and always a hello and a smile. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this hotel/townhouse rental. This will be my go to place to stay in Amsterdam. I highly recommend this to travelers because it’s a lovely area that is just a quick jump on the tram to get anywhere but yet you can easily find a great joint around the corner to eat, relax, and people watch. The rooms and property were clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were hot (we were also there during a record heat wave), but for a 5 star hotel at the price point of this one I didn’t expect to be uncomfortable in my room irrespective of the outside conditions.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation was spacious enough for the four of us.
